Our final dual match of the season against a strong Santa Barbara team became quite a nail biter. With wins only coming from Patrick (above) and Royce, we fell into a deep hole 2-4 after singles. This was not our first time in this situation, the last time we were down 2-4 after singles we were able to take care of all three doubles matches to come back. The duo of Patrick and Royce pulled us back into the match winning their doubles match making the deficit 3-4. However Santa Barbara's team of Ivanov and Fastrez proved too strong at number 1 doubles and ended any hopes of a comeback. Although we lost a tough match against a great team, our team showed great depth and toughness. Next up is the Western State Conference tournament held in Santa Barbara.
