Ojai 2010 Recap

I am very optimistic for the upcoming year, due to the performance of 3 of our freshmen at OJAI this year. Granted Royce Pasiliao and Navjeevan Sandhu lost in the first round, they could have easily won as well. I feel it was just a lack of match experience in pressure situations that made the difference. Patrick Massey, on the other hand was the only Pierce player that earned the right to play singles and doubles, and he didn't disappoint. Patrick lost a hard fought battle to the number 9 seed, Alsonso Leon from COD. Though Patrick made it to the second day, with his partner, Ari Cohen, they went down to the number 2 seeds, from Fresno. Tough luck for the Brahma's this year, but things are definitely looking up!!
